Where can tastic be installed?

Hey all
Just moved into a property with an exhaust directly over the shower that does very little, and the bathroom is freezing.
Wanting to install a tastic (3 in 1 heating, exhaust, light combo) but my question is, would a sparky need to install it where the existing exhaust fan is? Or can they place it elsewhere easily enough? (ie not directly over the shower like it is now).
