Am I hirable/certifiable?

Hi,

Any information would be so appreciated. I have an interview coming up in a few days for blue sprig in CO. Three years ago I got a misdemeanor DV - disturbing the peace charge. A year later misdemeanor- disorderly intoxication. I’ve been sober for 2 years, have done extensive work on myself and can get professional references to speak well of my character.

I’m planning on disclosing when I meet the team in person. I’m so nervous. It’s my first time applying for jobs with a record. Does anyone have advice or a similar experience they could share.

I will mention, I was working in the school district when I got my DV charge and they put me on administrative leave before concluding I wasn’t a threat and letting me come back to work.

Oh gosh I’m so nervous. Disclosing is definitely the right move though right?
