Why does Lucy have Rupture synergy?

Lucy's core skill additional ability is activated by shared attribute, shared faction, and Rupture agents. As far as I am aware, Lucy's primary contribution is her ATK buff and 3 extra attackers for hit procs. Rupture agents are HP -> Sheer Damage with no ATK in between. Can someone explain why she would have Rupture as a synergy?
