Supermarket Syndrome that disappears when I don't care or distracted?
As the title says, I feel like my dizziness is connected to anxiety, basically I get dizzy if I anticipate doing something scary that can trigger the dizziness, eg, going to a store/supermarket. However, if I am determined to ignore the dizziness and go out with a carefree mindset, the dizziness doesn't get triggered even though I'm in a store/supermarket, which is supposed to trigger it.
Does that mean my dizziness is connected to anxiety? If that's the case, would an SSRI help?
