My take: if your profession has a full week dedicated to honouring you- that profession isn’t getting paid enough

Yeah I said it. It feels like a stupid joke that our very professional and real ass job needs a week with people parading videos about their ‘appreciation’ *cough, cough* dough ford..
we don’t need nurses week, we need better pay, and safe workplace environments..
