Wayfarer

I’m wearing Wayfarer Change RB2140 glasses, but after wearing them for some time, they keep getting loose and sliding down. I have to keep pushing them back up regularly. Why does this happen? Do I need to bend or adjust the frame? How to fix it? Thank you
