Recommendations Needed

Hey everyone!

I am a an artist looking to get one of my videos made into a DVD for an installation.

I have no idea where to start in ordering a custom DVD on a quick turnaround time. (Need it by June 10). I don't know much about this stuff so any recommendations would be much appreciated. For folks who may be able to help me out I'm in Northern California.
