Allen Online vs. Allen Offline Patna vs. Delhi (anything near Bihar)—which is actually better for NEET?

I’m from Bihar and confused between the following:

• Allen Online
• Allen Offline in Patna
• Going to Delhi (Kota is not an option for me)
• Other online coaching like PW/Unacademy
• Or should I go for other offline coaching in Patna? If yes, suggest which one.

I want honest advice about:

• Best coaching for serious prep
• Best Allen branch in Patna
• Whether online is enough
• Whether Delhi is worth the extra money
