Another noob question: sharing workouts on Phoenix

Since the Vitruvian app is making me pay $50 per month for the full access, I’m looking at other ways to get some workouts to follow along with. What have you all done to get around this?

I know i can manually create workouts in Phoenix, but wondering if anyone has made any programs that can be imported (or worst case, copied) into mine so i can have a bit of a program to work with while I learn the machine, and how my body responds to the workouts etc.

Also, any chance the vitruvian onboarding videos are available anywhere without paying the monthly subscription? Seems crazy they’d hide that behind a paid feature 😞
