FFXIV Online, ROG Xbox Ally X, and Xbox Store

So, I got FFXIV on my Xbox account to play it on my handheld, and... can't figure out why I can't install it on my handheld, but have to stream it? Is there no way to install it on the ROG Xbox Ally X internally???
