Setting MAx Age

Hi,

I need some help with my ads set up. I have noticed that Advatange + was on and it was messing with my campaign.

I have an in-app install campaign set up on meta. My ideal costumer is max 40, and I'd like to target this age. However, meta keeps sending the ads to older demographic (60+) because the CPI is absurdly low.

That would be great if they were also high value users, but they churn at log in page because they don't even know how to use a OTP (seen via our email and tracking).

I tried to restrict the age, but currently meta only allows me to set up a Min age, not max?
