Continue message in separate chat feature

So there was an option to the continue chat where you could request it being sent as a separate message instead of continuing the current one. Why was it removed? That feature was very helpful for continuing stories were I didn’t feel like or didn’t know what to say, without breaking immersion by telling it outright to continue or placing three dots. Please put it back in cause that’s currently the main cause of me not using the app, because of its current way of continuing messages in the same text message.
