Query related to joining

I have my offer letter and service aggreement not valid if the name is Miss matching like my name is A Raghav Raddy but in the offer letter, service aggreement and lauch pad also it is showing the Raghav Reddy A does not happen much right I have already. Submitted all the documents. All have same name except the offer letter name that is Raghav Reddy A
