Been trying to pay for something, but apparently I have a negative balance. When I check my activity, I received a "top up" for the same balance.

Im not sure if this makes sense. It doesn't make any sense to me. But I was trying to buy something using PayPal, but when I do, it redirects me to a page saying "first, you'll need to pay your negative balance of $#" I had no idea I had a negative balance, since I would've probably seen it in my bank account, but I went to check my PayPal activity anyway. When i did, I saw it have received a "top up" of the same amount thats apparently negative. Im so confused 😭😭😭
