The symptoms of frame withdrawal include: Déjà vu

I thought it was silly at first but I can't let it go. The way the sequence of events is written in my head, I saw the future. But that can't be...right?
I saw this post and it made me think I should take down my index and make a comment. In my head I saw this post, I decided to take down the index because of it and made a note of it in my todo list.
However... this post is from 4 hours ago. I did just take down the index and comment a few minutes ago, but the note is from yesterday, about 10 hours ago.
I probably decided to take the index randomly and convinced myself it was because of the post, right?
