Is it possible to dynamically strip metadata from all files as soon as they are saved?

I have read the rules.

So let’s say I was concerned about leaking geolocation data, etc of a file. Is there a way to dynamically strip metadata of all files in my home folder as soon as they are saved or that are already saved in order to avoid accidentally uploading something with my actual data on it?
