Any LOs here at Barrett, NEXA, Loan Factory, etc? Worth it?

Thinking about moving from a hybrid bank/Broker model into more of a broker setup and wanted some real feedback from people at Barrett Financial Group, NEXA Mortgage, Loan Factory, or similar companies.
