Has anyone else had this problem with Character.AI+?

I bought the subscription yesterday around 3 PM through Google Play. The payment went through immediately and Google Play shows the subscription as active. Character AI itself also says that I already have a Character.AI+ subscription.

But I still can’t use ANY of the Plus features.

I already tried:

reinstalling the app multiple times

restarting my phone

logging out and back in

restoring purchases

age verification

Nothing works.

I also had a previous Character.AI+ subscription before and cancelled it some time ago, so I’m wondering if re-subscribing somehow broke my account.

Support also stopped responding.

Does anyone know how to fix this or had the same issue before?
