Cat Keeps Waking Me Up At 6am

my girlfriend and I adopted a kitten a year ago.it’s been living with her and she lets it wake her up at 6am every day or else it starts doing all the things to get her attention (smacking her in the face, tearing up sheets, biting, everything g she doesn’t like to get her to give her food). once she gives her food she goes back to sleep. she’s already getting food before she goes to bed and often doesn’t even eat the food once she has it. any advice to stop this adorable, furry demon?! i need my beauty sleep
