Recoil anticipation

Does anyone struggle with recoil anticipation when spraying/bursting? It is a thing irl shooting but is also causing me some trouble in cs. Basically I try to pull my mouse down and click at the same time, which often results in me pulling down first before shooting and hitting the chest instead of the head. Just curious to see if anyone else experienced this
