NYC ICU Jobs

My goal is to work at Langone Health post-grad after graduating from a bsn bc it is my dream to work in nyc. Two years Icu then apply to crna school.

What are the chances I get a job at langone health or any hospital in nyc in general in the icu department if i graduated from emory? I researched and read that it is nearly impossible to get a job in nyc if you’re an external applicant with little to no connections in nyc’s healthcare system. How unlikely are my chances? Are NYU students way more prioritized than external applicants? Please help…
