Help me with my issues as a transgender girl

Hi everyone,
I’ve been living as a transgender girl for at least 4 to 5 months now, and there are a couple of things I’m really struggling with.
The first is dysphoria after masturbating. Does anyone else experience that?
The second thing is my genitals. I feel like a girl everywhere else, but when I look down and see my genitals, it hits me hard that I’m not a girl. It really upsets me. I feel completely female in every other way, but seeing those boy parts dangling between my legs hurts. It’s like a constant reminder of the mismatch, and it feels like a scar that never goes away.
