Training for tournament: Tips for BGA at 4players?

I have a TM tournament coming up and no local playgroup. Thought about training on BGA. To find 3 other players to play, is it better to do a real time game or turn based? Ideally i’d be looking to play twice to three times a week. Any other tips to make sure i get enough 4p games on BGA before the tournament? Thanks!
