How to solve a brokerage app not logging in after you go out of the country.

Hello investors , I am an investor and I hold a cds acc with kingdom securities for 2 yrs now and it has worked well for me.

My problems started when I went out of the country and both the app and online platform do not work anymore even after I call them and they give me password resets a number of trials later no solution.

Anybody here who has encountered a similar problem , and has a solution.
