Any advice? This transfer system is horrible.

I was one of the unfortunate people that didn't know that Facebook linking was getting gutted. I've spent the last 5-ish months trying to get support to send my transfer code and yesterday they finally did I put the code in along with my ID and the game freezes on the Loading and crashes. However I counted that I logged in and Support won't give me another code.

I really don't want to lose my account. I've been playing since 2018. Why do they punish you for their games error. That's ridiculous.
