Do Others See Her?

When Julie story walks, do you think other townspeople (Boyd, Donna, Ethan, etc.) from Julie's current timeline see the future Julie?

I'm thinking she might be the one who threw the ring and the one messing with the kitchen's cabinets, they couldn't see her!
Also, when she threw the rope to Boyd, he didn't see or hear anyone but Martin!
