Is is weird to keep thinking of my my bf's thing?

Well we've been toqether for some time now and its very nice. We knew eachother for many years before dating.

I haven't seen it or have we done anything yet but we're both open to it

This thing is that years ago shared a story abt a guy that told me his length on a first date and I told my bf (b4 dating) the number (seven) and ever since that (its been years) he brings it up randomly. Like to tease me etc, cause I get embarrassed abt that story etc. Anyway recently I noticed he is very comfortable repeating the number and teasing me about it

Now i've never actually asked my bf about his size. But now I'm thinking if he's comfortable teasing me abt the other guy and repeating bringing up the number...is cause he's bigger????😭 I can't stop thinking about it. Is it that weird??? Why does it bother me???? I feel too embarrassed to bring this up to my friends😭😭
