Does anyone else have this problem?

So I used to frequently use shien and then have cute clothes ngl, but starting like 3ish years ago my account got suspended/frozen I have talked to customer service and have talked to a “manger”and l have told me that they can’t do anything about it, because it’s the system protecting me (bullcrap)I understand if it was someone else, but it was me! The owner of the account! I have verified everything but still suspended! I understand again freezing it asking why with and how, then fix it, but it has been three fucking years I tried talking to shien customer service and give me the same answer! Which pisses me off because then they tell me that they can’t do anything about it because the sYsTeM dOsEnT lEt (which is otter bullcrap) because I tried different methods (emails, phone numbers) and the damn system gave me the same damn error! Does anyone eles have this problem?

Does anyone know how to fix this? Or does this happen to anyone else?
