**It is shocking to receive such email. I could not believe my eyes. A domain registrar acting like I robbed into a bank and threatening if I dont respond. Reminder: you are not my bank.**

It hit me by surprise when today I was unable to log into my email privateemail. Note that I do not check it often and I use it to privately communicate with some partners from time to time. Otherwise Im not active online that much.

I go to my email and I see this email from namecheap, as I read, I begin to get shocked. They essentially threatened that If I dont respond they will permanently ban my account. No other warning. No phone calls. NOTHING. Just like that they suspended my privateemail and domain permanently.

WHAT THE HELL??? are you crazy? you know people are not always online. They can be in vacation, holidays. SICK? THEY CANT BE STANDING IN FRONT OF PC WAITING FOR YOUR GOD DAMN EMAIL WHICH NONE HAD AN IDEA IT WOULD EVEN COME AT SUCH RANDOM TIME MONTHS AFTER I PURCHASE.

Are you insane?

I google the issue. I see many reddit complaints about it. I found this subreddit, and I see that literally EVERYONE is complaining about arbitrary suspenses like this. To me it sounds that they are pulling a scam and blaming regulations for it.

IT SOUNDS LIKE THIS IS THE END OF NAMECHEAP AS WE HAVE KNOWN IT FOR.

USED IT SINCE 2018.

NEVER AGAIN.

YOU ARE DESTROYING YOUR REPUTATION.
