how to nerf MP5?

I'm modding to give MP5 to, practically, SWAT millitia.

It will cost 3 battle honor but it shouldn't be OP compared to other milltia weapons. better but not OP

How should I nerf the stat of rangers MP5 to do this? limit the range? cut crit chance?
