Japan has insane buffs now?

I've been playing hoi4 for quite a while now, but I've never seen Japan this strong before. They do naval invasions with 30 divisions and instantly stick in 100 divisions without suffering from much attrition. It doesn't help that all Chinese warlords only use irregular infantry throughout the game.

I've been redoing my save game, but oftentimes Japan wins in 6 months as my divisions cannot retreat fast enough, and Japan has no supply issues, somehow.

Their national spirits of continental warfare and equipment modernization seem insane. It feels like the game has become something like World Ablaze.

Please tell me something will be done to balance the game. It now feels like playing World Ablaze, where you have to play the game in a specific way to win.
