Fed up of life- Embedded Engineering student from tier 2 college

hey guys i need some suggestion. I am ece engineer from a tier 2 college in india. I have hot got a good placement from college. all my friends got good jobs. I settled for a medical company(startup) as their Hardware designe and Embedded Engineer. Basically I make pcb boards , Embedded systems, Schematic, firmware etc. This company is only paying me 20k. I dont think they will increse the salary. Now if u wonder, I am doin g this job because I need money for an EMI of loan I took after I did an ACCIDENT. So I want to go for masters but I also need the money . The workplace is toxic and I dont see any growth. And I am the only Engineer so nobody to even guide me. I am constantly giving interviews also. Please give me some suggestion if you can . atp i am not looking for a good company. I am looking for a likeminded startup where i can get people atleast from any engineering stream. I need to leave this job so bad.
