I am 18+, and all characters and participants will also be 18+.

I’m looking for a long-term roleplay set in a brutal, morally grey fantasy world shaped by war, forbidden magic, ancient curses, and the relentless cost of survival. This is a setting where danger is constant, trust is fragile, and every choice leaves a mark.

At the heart of this story, I will be writing a princess, not one sheltered by silk and ceremony, but one forged in the quiet, suffocating pressures of court, expectation, and looming conflict. Whether she is a pawn in political games, burdened by a cursed bloodline, secretly resisting the fate chosen for her, or learning to wield power in her own right is something I would love to explore in depth. She is not helpless, nor untouched by the darkness of her world, but shaped by it in ways that may not be immediately visible.

Opposite her stands your character, her knight.

Not merely a shining protector, but someone bound by duty, oath, or circumstance. Perhaps fiercely loyal, perhaps reluctant, perhaps carrying their own past of violence, failure, or disillusionment. Whether they serve her out of honor, obligation, or something more complicated is entirely open to interpretation. This is not a simple tale of devotion, but one where loyalty is tested, strained, and redefined.

This will be a character-driven narrative, where we each create and control our own characters. While the princess and knight are inherently tied, whether through duty, circumstance, or fate, their relationship does not need to be simple or harmonious. It may begin with distance, mistrust, or even quiet resentment, evolving over time through shared trials, difficult choices, and moments of vulnerability.

Their dynamic can take many forms: protector and charge, reluctant allies, childhood companions reunited under strained circumstances, or two people bound together by forces neither fully understands. Whether their connection grows into something deeper, or fractures under the weight of their world, is something we can explore together.

I’m especially drawn to dynamics where tension and emotion intertwine, where duty conflicts with desire, and where affection is not easily given. In a world like this, care must be earned, tested, and proven.

Some themes and tropes I’d love to explore include:

• A royal burdened by a destiny she cannot escape

The world itself is alive with danger and opportunity, fractured kingdoms, whispered conspiracies, cursed bloodlines, and powers that demand a price. Encounters may include those who seek to manipulate the throne, enemies who see the princess as leverage, ancient forces tied to her lineage, or figures who challenge the knight’s loyalty and purpose.

All pacing, dynamics, and plot directions are open for discussion. Whether the relationship builds slowly through tension, unravels under pressure, or grows in quiet, stolen moments between chaos, we can shape the story together.

I’m also happy to double, meaning I can play additional characters for your main character so we both get to explore the dynamics and relationships we enjoy. I enjoy contributing to a rich, layered world with multiple perspectives.
