Solo Greyhound Bus trip

Hi, i got a few questions for anyone who’s travelled by bus, I’m 25 and taking my first greyhound bus to NC from TN Saturday, I’ve never traveled alone or by bus before, im also boarding at a bus stop at a local gas station and have 1 transfer and it’s an overnight trip

how bad is it really?,whats boarding like? How strict are they with luggage weights/what can be brought onboard?
What’s the wifi like on the bus/in stations
how likely is it that my underbus bag will get stolen or tapered with.

I’m a chronic overthinker and have bad social anxiety, so I’m just trying to get an idea before the trip , thank y’all in advance for any advice
