My card disappeared ?

2 weeks ago I sent a card to Beckett express , after 2-3 days my local post told me that they received the card but I had no comfirmation whatsoever and 3 days after they should've received my card I got refund by them for whatever reason.

Now i've been spamming mails since last week but no answers at all , card should've been graded by now but on their website they still haven't received it ?

Anyone know what I should proceed ? Is there any number to call (Beckett Germany) ?
