Boost mobile signals are non existent in Sydney metro malls and indoor spaces

I switched to Boost from Vodafone because it was a economical option but I rarely travel to rural regions to enjoy extensive Telstra network.
However, in Sydney metro, Boost signals are always low and non existent in malls, indoor areas- like Costco and any underground space. I use iphone17PM.

Is this common with Boost?
