Is uni similar to epq?

So I've got all my uni applications in now and my exams are just starting (first one today yay) but I've heard loads of people say how similar uni is to epq and I did awful in my epq.

I was predicted a B and ended up with a D in the end which was a lot lower than I normally get even in my other subjects, and am just worried that since I didn't do well in that I won't be able to do well in uni. Tbf I am doing english lit in uni which may be differnt to what i did in my epq but I struggled a lot with planning and keeping my writing focused on my question.

So im basically just wondering, is uni really that similar to epq and could I still do well in uni if I did badly at that?
