best store to buy privada cigars online without getting burned?

ive been getting more into privada cigars lately after trying a few from a friend and now im kinda hooked. the problem is im still pretty new to ordering cigars online and it feels like every store has mixed reviews depending where you look.

some people swear by certain shops while others talk about shipping delays, dry cigars, or customer service disappearing once the order is placed. makes it hard to know which places actually store and ship cigars properly.

for people who buy privada cigars online regularly, where do you usually order from? have you noticed certain stores being way more reliable or fresher than others? and do you guys mostly buy singles and samplers first or just go straight for boxes once you know what you like?
