The eldest daughter of the **Sakakibara Clan 「榊原氏」(Sakakibara-shi)**, which was one of the most prestigious samurai clans of the **Ryujin Dynasty**. Born and raised in **Midorigi Town 「緑木町」(Midorigi-chō)**, she was trained by her father to become the best warrior on the hundred-clan land with the **Arts of the Blade and Sensing 「剣術と感知術」(Kenjutsu to kanchi-jutsu)** to the point she could slice a boat in half (get that reference?) or sense any potential dangers. However, at some point in history, her entire clan was executed by the Shogunate because of accusations of overthrowing the **Wingless Dragon 「翼のない竜」(Tsubasa no nai ryū)**, getting banished to the wilderness and being hunted by the Ashigarus for sport when she was 15.

Timeskip to the Skyhall Arc, Kasumi met **Erica Galloway** – a Thornish bounty hunter and a daughter of **Evander** – by the **Vents of Aeolus** around the year before the current events. They studied together at the **University of Aneignos** with their trusted senior, **Leicester Staffourth Rosenberg**, and became Level-3 Alchemists - just behind him 2 levels to have their own atelier. After saving Skyhall from imminent doom, she continued to stay on Skyhall with Erica and Ulster – Lester's father – and spend their time on New Year.

It's not until the latest Samerian operation to destroy Keraxe's **Fenrir** that the two, along with Ulster joined in through a "tent portal" Lester had set up in Jane's brig. She's a Knight, which utilises Spirit Energy for weapons, but her Spirit colours were different from what people have in the War Seas. Instead of the traditional colours of Blue, Yellow, Red and Purple, her Spirit Energy has a green aura emanating around her weapons and relic. She wields the **Kamikie 「神木枝」** – an Uchigatana of her former clan; the Ashigaru's Matchlock **「足軽の火縄銃」(Ashigaru no Hinawajū)** – a weapon she captured from the Shogunate's army after trying to hunt her down; and the **Sakakibara Relic 「榊原の遺物」(Sakakibara no Ibutsu)** – a unique metal circlet that conducts her Spirit Energy that she had found 3 years ago under a large tree where she was banished and hunted. Her Relic could conduct her Spirit Energy used to create armours out of thin air and imbue her weapons, with her signature attack was **Sword Draw: Rising Dragon of the God's Tree** **「剣抜刀：神樹の昇龍！」(Ken Battō: Shinju no Nobori Ryū!)**, creating a giant spiritual tree with a dragon spiralling upwards as she ascends with her foes.

Kasumi Sakakibara 「榊原架純」, the Traveling Ronin. (Definitely not Shura's long-lost relative)
