Moving to Pondy, need budget stays

Just landed a job in pondy and joining date is 18th May. Though they are giving staff accommodation, I need a place to stay once i land up in pondy from 17th to 20th atleast. Budget is 2k for 3N max. Would appreciate any help. Need the room with airconditioner and spacious since my mom would also be coming with me and shes a bit picky to be honest. Need some quick recs. Ive already explored the stays marketed on instagram and not very happy with it.
