STEAM BLOCKING MALICIOUS SIGN IN

I recently tried to enter steam family sharing with someone and we were in the same country but it still said that we were not from same household and not letting us do the thing, we tried qr code login but it just blocks the sign in saying it is malicious, any way to get through this?
