How are riven names decided?

I am just genuinely curious about how the names are decided
examples: Torid Hexatis (200% crit dmg 158.9% status chance, +55.7%weapon recoil), Furis Visi-ignicron (+110.3% heat, 175.6% CC, +271.9% damage, -87.8% zoom), Hate Locti-plecidex (+89.7 CC for slide attack, +1.7 range, +67% SC)
I skimmed the wiki and couldn't find an answer, does anyone know?
