Why are there so many racist Hungarian nationalists under Romanian Instagram posts?

I'm half Romanian and I keep noticing a pattern on Instagram: under random Romanian posts about cities, food, anything really, there are always comments like 'this city is Hungarian' or 'this food is stolen', plus just random racist stereotypes, even under videos that have nothing to do with Hungary. Often seems like the same accounts popping up everywhere. I just wanted to understand more of who these people are (if they aren't bots that is). Are these people you actually encounter in real life too, or is this more of an online thing? Just genuinely curious who's behind this.
