Can core maths student give applied maths in cuet

I was forced to choose pcb in 11th by my parents. But now seeing my brother's result in jee. My parents have warmed up to the idea of me taking commerce in ug.

Now in 12th, I have taken maths as an additional subject. But regretfully my teacher has chosen core maths instead of applied maths.

Now, With 0 knowlege of class 11th maths. I don't think I can prepare well for core maths.

I am seeing and hearing conflicting information on here.

Would love to hear any success stories of people who had core maths in 12th. But have applied maths in cuet ug. 🌸
