Counselling process for nift

Hi guys im pretty anxious as to what documents are needed for the counselling process , i just want to keep some in ready before hand if anyone could help me with tht? And also im applying for masters in design so is the process same for both ug and pg?
I think if ppl who are already in nift help us with the do’s and dont’s regarding the process would be very helpful
