Problems with E46 coupe rear windows.

Hey guys having a problem with my 2000 E46 318CI where the rear windows won’t close or open.

I’ve replaced the modules for the windows on the GM5 module, it makes a clicking noise when I try the window switches but still nothing anyone else having the same issue / similar have any answers?
