Any good cheap portable solar Panels that dont cost a kidney?

The only solar panels i can find are hundreds of dollars for 100-200w, where as you can get 1000w from normalnsolar panels for ablout 200€. Is there any decent brand that doesnt overcharge the amount by 7x?
