Relocating to Europe or stay in the US?

General discussion

Hi! Would like some feedback from others perspective if possible! I’ve been offered a job in both London & San Diego. I’ve gone through & my net after all expenses are almost the same in both so I’m torn. I also have dual citizenship so can easy move to either, I’m in the northeast of the U.S. A little about the things I like.

🚶 Walkable daily life where you don’t need a car
🌍 International, multicultural environments with different languages and cultures around
❤️ A strong international dating pool with a more grounded/classy social style
☀️ Comfortable weather with ideal summers around\*\* 70–80°F (21–27°C\*\*). But I also enjoy the seasons & if possible occasional light snow in winter for atmosphere
🏛️ Big-city cultural life: museums, architecture, cafés, neighborhoods, events
🌊 Access to beaches, waterfronts & outdoor living integrated into normal life
🌲 Nature nearby: mountains, forests, colder escapes, scenic areas
🧘 A calmer atmosphere overall not hyper aggressive or overly status obsessed
🏙️ A city that feels “complete” enough that you don’t constantly want to escape it
👕 The freedom to dress casually/lightly more often without constant cold or wind ruining it
🌃 A city with energy and attractive people, but not overwhelmingly chaotic
🛡️ A feeling of safety and stability in everyday life
💼 Enough economic opportunity that you feel your life can move forward
✈️ The ability to still travel occasionally, but not feel dependent on travel to enjoy life
🏖️ A balance between city life and openness/nature rather than extreme density everywhere
🙂 Work Life Balance is a plus

What’s the best way of deciding as each city has positives I like.
