Klebsiella pneumoniae UTI

I'm wondering if anyone else has had Klebsiella pneumoniae UTI infection before?

This started almost two weeks ago, I felt I was getting a UTI. I was out of town so saw a different doctor to my usual. She ordered me urine test and prescribed me antibiotics however I didn't take the antibiotics because I thought it was just a regular UTI and the symptoms disappeared after a day or two, so I thought I'd cleared it just by drinking ural etc. I never heard back from the doctor about the results from the urine test but today my symptoms came back. I spoke to my regular doctor as I had requested the results to be sent to him also, however he didn't receive them. He chased them up straight away and called me tonight saying I needed to start antibiotics ASAP to clear the infection and was really pissed off the pathologist never sent him the results. I've never even had a UTI before so im stressing about getting this cleared. Maybe im just being dramatic lol.

Anyone else had this? Can you please share some natural treatments and help ease my mind?
