Best places to buy budget healthy foods and gym membership?

I'm going to be in Charlotte for almost a month and eat extremely clean- staying in a hotel with a kitchen so will cook most food.

As a foreigner I don't know anything about Americas best supermarkets or budgety options, any recommendations?

Also for cheap gym options? Anddd I'll be needing things to actually do... there with bf but he has a reason to be there im just going along with him
